LISA SMITH

With over 20 years’ experience across all HR functions, Lisa is a senior HR leader, coach and mentor, with significant HR and employee relations expertise. She brings with her a breadth and depth of experience, having managed teams of HR, Payroll and WHS professionals in commercial, government, and community sectors.
Lisa has a passion for helping and supporting individuals through providing practical and sustainable HR solutions. Her holistic approach to HRM has led her to establish a designated and professional HR coaching and advisory service for professionals at all levels.
Lisa holds a number of nationally recognised qualifications including a Bachelor of Business majoring in HRM, Diploma of Project Management and Diploma of Change Management. After completing an MBA in 2021, Lisa has embarked on research relating to how HR practitioners can mitigate psychosocial hazards. ​​
Through one-on-one coaching, you will be provided with practical advice and support to give you the confidence to address workplace issues and gain the HR skills and insights to thrive professionally.
